Refund Policy

What is the return policy?

Your home is your nest and your story. If you aren't completely delighted with your art, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th can be returned anytime until January 15th of the following year. Please email janet@householdart.com to arrange a return. Shipping fees are not refundable.

My Art Arrived Damaged. What should I do?

Please notify me immediately if art was damaged in transit so I can immediately file insurance claims and arrange a replacement.

My Art Never Arrived. What should I do?

Domestic packages are deemed “lost” after 30 days from the shipment date. US and International packages are deemed “lost” after 60 days from shipment date. I cannot consider a packages “lost” until after the posted date. Please wait until that time to contact me. I will then replace the missing item if it is available. If the print is no longer available, you will be given a refund in the form of account credit for any lost item.
